Choose a gift with a complete budget
Start with the recipient’s colors, preferred format and receiving space. Botanica’s Pink Bloom Medley was $50 on 3 October 2026; Winter Whispers Bouquet was $68. These are product references, with delivery and extras still to confirm.

Payment and date selection
- Choose the country-specific Lebanon site and select the required product size or option.
- Enter the exact receiving address and check the date and slots offered for it.
- Review product, delivery, extras and every other charge in the final total.
- Use a payment method actually offered for that transaction and keep the acceptance confirmation.
- Save the order reference, seller contact, chosen date/window and agreed receiving instructions.
Botanica’s overseas-ordering page describes international-card ordering. Its public site displays Stripe and card or wallet options, but issuer acceptance, device availability and a successful payment have not been tested for this guide. If payment is declined, ask the seller and your issuer rather than assuming an unsupported transfer route is accepted.
Time zones: use the delivery location’s calendar
Write the date and window explicitly as Beirut time. If it is late evening where you are, Lebanon may already be on the following day. Verify the live time difference for the order date rather than using a fixed offset that may change with daylight-saving rules.
Botanica’s delivery policy describes eligible same-day orders before 7 p.m. Beirut time, subject to destination, stock and available checkout slots. Earlier slots close earlier and peak-day restrictions may apply. For a birthday meal or departure deadline, obtain direct confirmation of the required arrival window before payment.
Plan the surprise without losing the receiving contact
Agree whether the driver can call the recipient. If the surprise depends on silence, nominate a reachable local receiving person with permission and an accurate phone number. A surprise instruction cannot compensate for an inaccessible entrance or nobody being available.
Following up from abroad
Keep the seller’s confirmation and check the stated window before treating an order as late. If marked delivered, ask whether it was received at reception or by another receiving person. For an issue with the item, its returns policy describes a 72-hour claim window, photos and approval conditions. Ask the recipient for clear photos promptly and contact the seller privately. A claim process is not an automatic refund promise.
