How We Review Florists
Our florist guides use public-source research to answer specific buying questions. We check what a seller advertises, date important observations and keep conditions beside the relevant recommendation. No test purchases have been completed for the current guides.
The checking sequence
- Define the reader’s purchase: catalogue gift, bespoke bouquet, bridal flowers or venue installation.
- Open the seller’s official product or service page and confirm the country and business identity.
- For a price example, select the actual size or option and record the displayed product price and check date.
- Read delivery and returns terms for timing, destination, receiving conditions, claims and support.
- Use a business profile or review platform as a separate source of customer reports, with its date and scope.
- Write the recommendation around the supported use and mark unknown charges or capabilities as unknown.
Match each claim to its evidence
| Claim | Useful source | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Displayed product price | Official product page with the selected option. | Delivery, extras, availability and future pricing are separate. |
| Advertised delivery coverage | Country-specific delivery page or checkout availability. | A broad area name does not confirm every street, day or time. |
| Same-day eligibility | Published delivery policy and live available slots. | A cutoff alone does not guarantee a particular arrival deadline. |
| Bespoke or installation service | An explicit service description and accepted quote. | A wedding collection or bouquet photo does not prove venue setup. |
| Customer experience | A dated customer review on an identified platform. | A report is not a test by this publication or a future guarantee. |
| Current complete order cost | The actual checkout or itemized seller quote. | An unverified delivery fee remains unknown. |

Ratings and reviews
When a rating is included, the page identifies the platform, check date, displayed score and review count. A profile using a global brand domain is not automatically a Lebanon-only sample. We do not combine unrelated platform scores into a new rating or publish a self-created aggregate score.
Positive and negative reports can suggest questions about updates, presentation, fees or receiving arrangements. They cannot replace checking the terms of your own order.
How Botanica is used in these guides
Botanica’s Lebanon catalogue and policies provide documented examples of products, selected sizes, delivery conditions and support. A recommendation for an online gift is limited to that use and the conditions stated beside it. Where event installation or a bespoke design is needed, the guide separates that request and points to services that explicitly describe the relevant work.
Other florists appear where their published service scope gives the reader a useful alternative or comparison. These references are starting points for enquiries, rather than a universal ranking.
Dates and corrections
“Reviewed” dates identify when the described source check was performed. They do not certify that a seller’s prices or availability stay fixed. We preserve the original publication date of an existing article when revising it and let the site report its modification date.
Send a correction to hello@lebanonflowerguide.com with the guide URL, claim and current source. If the evidence is unclear, the claim should be qualified, removed or left unknown rather than filled with an estimate.
