Corrections and Updates

Edited by Fouad Khalil · Updated 13 October 2026

Report a factual error, outdated source or broken link by emailing hello@lebanonflowerguide.com. Include the guide URL and enough detail to check the issue. A current public source helps us assess a price, service or policy change.

Guide URL: Detail that appears incorrect or outdated: Proposed correction: Current public source URL: Date you checked that source: Your contact email, if a reply is needed:

Useful reasons to request an update

  • A product price, size, sale or availability statement has changed.
  • Delivery coverage, cutoff, receiving conditions or fees have changed.
  • A support number, email or claims policy is outdated.
  • A florist’s service scope is misdescribed or an enquiry link is broken.
  • A rating needs a newer check date or the country scope is unclear.
  • A page duplicates content, has an inaccessible table or contains a broken internal link.

How a report is checked

  1. Identify the page and the specific factual claim.
  2. Open the provided source and compare it with the current relevant product or policy page.
  3. Correct or qualify a claim that is no longer supported, or remove it if it cannot be verified.
  4. Update the reviewed date when a substantive source check has been completed.

A report does not guarantee publication of a requested wording or a particular response time. Opinions, private purchase disputes and unverified accusations need a different assessment from a sourced factual correction.

Protect private order information

Do not include a recipient’s full address, phone, payment details or order reference in a public comment. If your issue is a late delivery, missing item or refund request, contact the seller privately through the route on your order confirmation. Use our delivery follow-up template to prepare that message.

Release update: 3 October 2026

The guide revisions dated 3 October 2026 remove duplicated wedding content, clarify bouquet versus installation scope, add selected-price budget examples and improve address and handover checklists. The contact route is editorial email, and the current guides describe public-source research rather than test purchases.

13 October 2026: guide examples and ordering comparisons

Six guides were revised to match their specific reader questions while retaining practical checklists, quote briefs and support-message templates.

  • The wedding and engagement gifts guide now uses checked Exotica product examples, with product prices kept separate from delivery and extras.
  • The custom arrangements guide focuses on enquiries to Fleurs de la Sagesse and Takkoush Flowers, with written design and timing confirmation.
  • The wedding florist guide uses Fleurs de la Sagesse’s dedicated wedding information and events contact as its main planning example, with other service-scope options retained for comparison.
  • The tracking guide distinguishes florist confirmation messages from app tracking and provides a seller-neutral follow-up process.
  • The apps versus florists guide adds Toters alongside Botanica’s direct route. Published app features are separated from live merchant availability, address-specific fees and the terms of an actual order.
  • The venue delivery guide centres on receiving permission and handover, with several florist examples.

Botanica references were removed from five of these guides and retained in the app comparison. Source-check notes distinguish new checks from retained earlier references. Original publication dates and guide URLs remain unchanged. Matching visible questions and FAQ markup were added; no delivery trials or comparative purchase tests were completed.
