This policy explains how Lebanon Flower Guide uses information from website visits, comments where enabled and emails sent to the editorial inbox. Updated 3 October 2026.
Editorial email
When you email hello@lebanonflowerguide.com, your email address, message and any attachments are received through our email service. We use that information to respond and investigate the issue you raise. Send only the information needed for the editorial question; do not include card details, passwords or a recipient’s private address.
You can ask us to correct or delete an editorial message by emailing the same address. Some records may need to remain while a correction or other request is being resolved.
Website analytics and cookies
The site uses Google Analytics through Google Site Kit to understand how visitors use its guides. Analytics can record page visits, device and browser information, approximate location and interactions such as outbound link clicks. This is website-use data; an outbound click does not show that a flower purchase or delivery occurred.
Analytics and other services can use cookies or similar identifiers. Your browser provides controls to block or delete cookies. Learn more in Google’s privacy policy and Google’s Analytics opt-out information.
Comments and routine site records
Where a comment box is enabled, WordPress collects the information entered in the comment form and technical information such as the visitor’s IP address and browser details to help manage comments and spam. Do not publish order numbers, addresses or payment information in comments.
Our hosting and security services may keep routine request logs for operating and protecting the website. Administrative accounts and essential WordPress cookies support site management.
Florist and platform links
Our guides link to seller websites and review platforms. If you follow a link, the destination’s own privacy and purchase terms apply. Lebanon Flower Guide does not receive your card details or recipient address from a florist checkout and does not fulfil flower orders.
