Confirm flower delivery using the exact address, date and product. A florist serving Beirut or Lebanon generally may still have destination, route or time restrictions. Check coverage and the full delivered price before paying, especially for an address outside the listed zones.
| Destination | Published example | What remains to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Beirut neighborhoods | Botanica’s Beirut page lists Achrafieh, Hamra, Verdun, Ras Beirut, Downtown, Gemmayzeh, Mar Mikhael, Sursock and Badaro. | Exact building, date, available slot, stock and delivery charge. |
| Jounieh / Keserwan and Mount Lebanon | Botanica’s overseas-order guide describes service in these areas. | Your precise town and address, route eligibility and the current delivery date. |
| Other destinations in Lebanon | A broad “across Lebanon” description is insufficient for an urgent order. | Ask the seller about the exact destination before paying if it is not offered at checkout. |

Copy this address checklist
Use both a recognizable written address and a map pin when the entrance is difficult to find. A pin by itself may not identify the floor, apartment or receiving person. Confirm whether the driver may call the recipient if the gift is intended as a surprise.
Date, slot and fees
- Select the product and any size or container option before checking availability.
- Enter the actual delivery destination and select the available date or time window.
- Review the product subtotal, delivery, add-ons and any extra destination charge.
- For an unlisted address or urgent order, obtain confirmation from support before paying.
- Keep the order confirmation and the agreed receiving instructions.
Botanica’s delivery policy offers same-day delivery on eligible orders before 7 p.m. Beirut time, subject to destination, stock and checkout slots. Earlier slots close earlier; traffic and peak periods can affect arrival. Ordering online is available 24/7, while support is listed Monday–Saturday, 8 a.m.–7 p.m. Beirut time.
Homes, hotels, offices and hospitals
At a home, confirm the entrance and who can receive the gift. At a venue, ask the front desk about delivery acceptance before ordering. Confirm the recipient’s name, arrival or working date and any restrictions on flowers, plants, containers or delivery hours.
Botanica’s policy says venue rules may require reception or designated-area handover. For hotel deliveries, its stated responsibility ends at reception handover. Arrange collection so a “delivered” message is followed by the recipient receiving the gift. Incorrect details or an unavailable recipient can lead to a failed delivery and extra re-delivery charges.
