Contact the editor
Address your message to Fouad Khalil, editor of Lebanon Flower Guide. Include the guide URL and the part of the page you are writing about. If a price, delivery area or policy has changed, include the official source link and the date you noticed the change.
What to include
- The page URL and the statement you want us to review.
- Your proposed correction and an official product or policy link, where available.
- A brief explanation of why the information is outdated or unclear.
- Your contact email if you would like a reply.
Please remove payment details, passwords, full recipient addresses and private order documents from editorial messages. A redacted image is enough when the issue concerns a displayed price or wording.
Questions about a flower order
Lebanon Flower Guide publishes buying and delivery guidance. We do not take flower orders, process payments or arrange delivery. Contact the florist or platform that accepted your order for a status update, payment problem, replacement or refund request. See our delivery follow-up guide for a message template.
